Carl Willis began his journey in Every Man A Warrior in 2015 as part of a small group of men in Chattanooga. Since then, Carl has led 17 groups in his church. These groups have grown into the fourth generation of men being discipled (2 Tim 2.2). Carl serves in a full-time role with EMAW working with Pastors around the country to help them catch the vision of teaching the men in their churches to be disciple makers. Carl is married to Christine and they have two children and four grandchildren.
